SURPRISE! Im not dead, (yet.) I have battle a couple of minor injuries this year; but, hopefully, its all behind me. Yesterday we ran the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run in Lewis County. Last year we ran with high school football players. This year they brought a high school track team! A good run for a GREAT cause. The Washington state Special Olympics Summer Games are this weekend at Fort Lewis. My next run will be in two weeks. Its a 12K run in Tacoma, (Sound to Narrows.) This is my annual Canc-Heimers Run; which is what started this running habit to raise money and awareness. Half of your donation will go to the American Cancer Society, and the other half to the Alzheimers Association. That is unless you designate differently, (i.e. all to Alzheimers.) None of your donations go for adminstrative cost, EVER. If you want to donate you can do so to me in person, or mail to T R A C at PO Box 363 Silver Creek, WA 98585. Thank you in advance.
