SW macaroni cheese! Free on EE if using your cheese as HE! Macaroni boiled for 10 mins and drain Meanwhile add tub of cottage cheese with natural yoghurt and veg stock to a blender and blend until its a smooth sauce Cut up spring onion and fresh tomatoes and add to macaroni Pour the sauce over the macaroni adding some of your grated cheese to the ingredients and mix through bake in oven for25 mins then take out and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and bake for a further 19 mins or until the cheese starts to go golden brown in top Serve with a nice crisp salad x
