SWEET OR SOUR- Never alienate your authenticity in exchange for acceptance or approval. Use your freedom of expression, yet with good intent, and without ego in your delivery or approach. Fear of response when sharing your feelings will only suppress the truth, and talking on egg shells will eventually lead to cracks in the relationship, as well as cause resentment and bitterness in your belly, rather than butterflys. It may keep you safe, but inevitably you will be sorry, and so it is best to be raw and honest, as opposed to sugar coating lies
