Sacred Hand Mudra for Manifesting your Hearts Desires. Abundance is your Divine Birthright. Heres the thing: In order to receive that birthright, you must be in vibrational alignment with it. Energy flows where consciousness goes, period! What are you focusing on today? Are your thoughts, are your feelings productive? The Universal mirror does not discriminate. It will reflect back to you, and give to you more of that which you are focusing on. To assist you in this process, I am presenting to you a Sacred Hand Mudra. You should hold this Mudra position for 3 minutes while focusing on already having what it is you wish to bring into manifestation. Feel it, taste it, see it clearly in your minds eye. See that it is already so. Indulge in your feelings of Joy as you hold and embrace your vision. Lets begin. Sit comfortably, with your back straight but not stiff. Place the tips of your thumbs, index fingers, and middle fingers together. Bend the other two fingers so that they rest in the middle of your hand. Rest the backs of your palms on your knees. Breathe long, deep, and slow. Hold this position for three minutes. You can make this symbol as powerful as you want it to be. The stronger your focus is on what you want... The more you concentrate on what youre wishing for... The faster it will come to you. As the New Moon approaches, it is a most beneficial time to engage this process.
