Sad Sad day for this crazy Soccer Family. Our children have played soccer for the past 17 years sometimes on 3 different teams each. Needless to say: our lives revolved around going to soccer games with both kids while they were young & then traveling the world and watching Lynzi play with AYSO since she was 4, River Forest Rapids Travel Team since she was 7, Trinity high school Varsity team and as a Lady Eagle for Benedictine University. So honored and proud as a Parent that she was selected as Team Captain 3 times, and winning numerous Awards for her excellent soccer skills. Well todays the last day my baby girl takes the soccer field. Its going to break my heart to watch this game :( Soccer has instilled in my daughter; hard work, discipline, dedication, sacrifice, determination, leadership skills, and sportsmanship.... these things have helped mold her into the wonderful young lady that she is today! Thank you Lynzi Ann for giving us some of the best, most exciting, nail bitting years of our lives. We are so proud of you & your dedication to your sport and know that everything youve gained from being an athlete for all these years will help you in your future and with the dreams and goals that youve set for yourself!
