Sad news: Rasta the rooster has succumbed to his wounds. He leaves behind 4 banty chicks as his legacy. Thats a thing about farms, all the death. There is birth too, but especially all the death. It is tough, even on gentle farms like mine where I have chickens for eggs and goats for milk and I dont raise meat animals. Rasta was a Mill Fleur chicken. His babies will be half Mille Fleur, which is a beautiful breed.
