Sadly, the anecdotal evidence is overwhelming: opted for the humble four pack of stout (a guy told me the other day that stout was less likely than any domestic light to add to beer gut for some reason which Ill just call science and see how it works out) and held out until I got in the assigned workout. Went to bed about the normal Friday time. Got up this morning and beat runnings ass on the Bryan grade curve. Its a dramatically lame high water mark, Ill assure you, but today I put in my best run since A School in Great Lakes. I need some new Yasiin Bey tracks, though. Ive got my push through music memorized sideways.
