Saint Lucia’s Culinary Ambassador Chef Nina Compton was recently in Saint Lucia for our 2nd Annual Love Elevated Wedding Symposium. In addition to a cooking demo, Nina shared awesomely inspirational stories of making the decision to join Bravo’s Top Chef, as well as her determination to use the show as a platform to showcase our lovely homeland Saint Lucia. She had the audience of travel professionals from the Canada, UK, US and the Caribbean in tears and was a definite highlight of the symposium.
