Salaam Henna. Mashallah you took amazing photos for me for my wedding. However without asking my permission or even discussing things with me you posted my pictures, my husbands pictures as well as intimate pictures online. I find out a week later that you had done this, you didnt have the decency to tag me in it. These professional pictures were taken only by you no one else. I requested you to remove them which you did. This is another issue aside from the fact that you ripped me off. Now since then your pictures are circulating the web, I am being informed that they are on random websites, again these pictures originated from you. You have received publicity and marketed your service using my picture. You have not acknowledged the make up artist who Im sure is able to take legal matters further if she wishes. You have caused a lot of distress to me and my family. My in laws are not very impressed either. I would recommend that in future when you offer your professional service you are professional in your approach. Have paper work sorted which clarifies what service you will offer and what you intend to do with the pictures. Most importantly seek permission before you post anything online as Ive had ridiculous comments on these pictures, men making inappropriate comments, not forgetting the evil eye?!? Very shameful.
