Salaams nanima I need urgent help from anyone that knows labour laws. The company that i have been working for has forced us to move from our offices into the factory.We have twice requested not to be moved but were forced to move.When we were at the factory the machines were noisy and the powders of the products were being inhaled by us.Our employer does not provide masks. Also, rats run all around.After making the employer aware of the situation he still insisted we sit there.As i am 6 months pregnant i resigned.He has not paid me.Do i have any recourse with the CCMA?
