I want to compliment the Managment staff who located and priced the Traverse, the used car folks who got the Traverse ready to sell, Jeremy Gist in the Finance department went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible, and my sales agent Sheila Passmore was great thru the whole process...She even stayed after the dealership closed on a Friday night to make sure the On Star and XM were set up correctly.....She gets 6 stars!!
