Sales Manager - Harley Davidson - Midwest- $100k+ Our Client is a multi-store Harley Davidson dealer in the Midwest. Huge income potential for the right Sales Manager in a fast paced and team oriented environment. Emphasis on strong Sales Management and F&I skills. $100,000+ Base and incentive compensation package! Sales Management: Train and Assist the Sales and F&I Team: -Sales Team: Hire, train, and enforce salespeoples use of Sales Process. -Set Goals: Establish overall department monthly objectives, daily salesperson objectives. Design special incentive programs for salespeople including regular spiffs and contests. -F & I Dept.: Coordinate cooperation between dedicated F&I and Sales Department and review deals each day for completion and opportunity. Implement procedures to maximize production. -Inventory: Manage new and used inventory, OEM programs, incentives, and relationships. Qualifications: -Minimum (5) years General or Sales Management experience. -Harley Davidson experience and training a plus.
