In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. This role will be focused on Saudi Arabic West Region PGS orders, sales, and CM. Essential Responsibilities: - Responsible for building/maintaining customer relationship at all levels in customer organization. - Responsible for day-to-day transactions with customers - Responsible for supporting the negotiation and expedite closure of contractual & complex transactional deals. - Heady interface with customers’ sales teams, and commercial team. - Support commercial operations for the combined transactional and contractual organizations in creating value-added solutions. - Responsible for building/maintaining customer relationship at all levels in customer organization. - Responsible for day-to-day transactions with customers - Responsible for supporting the negotiation and expedite closure of contractual & complex transactional deals. - Heady interface with customers’ sales teams, and commercial team. - Support commercial operations for the combined transactional and contractual organizations in creating value-added solutions. Qualifications/Requirements: - Commercial/contract negotiations in the utilities, oil & gas and petrochemical industry - Technical experience of heavy duty rotating equipment maintenance - Has the imagination and courage to solve issues and develop opportunities along the Power Generation portfolio - Listens to customers - Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs - BS Degree, or equivalent in engineering or related field .Proven capability in industry related sales, application engineering and/or marketing - High proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools (CMS, Excel, etc) Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Desired Characteristics: - 5+ years of contractual services or performance services commercial/sales experience - 1+ years of experience in gas turbines, steam turbine, generator, or lbalance of plant specific role - intimate knowledge of standard PG commercial operations operating procedures and expectations - Demonstrated negotiation skills and proven track record of timely deal closuresTAWZIF
