Sales Support x2 My Poole based IT client is looking for an additional 2 Sales Support staff to work closely with an existing team of 3 Account Managers. You will be responsible for providing full administration support to the Account Managers which will include putting together customer quotes/proposals, liaising with suppliers, chasing up hardware orders and any other related administration tasks. The role will be predominately administration based liaising via email with customers but on occasion you will also liaise via the phone. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy high tech environment and learn new skills and work in one of the best I.T. companies in the south! An interest in IT and/or cutting edge technologies would be highly beneficial coupled with an enthusiastic and positive nature. Essential Skills Sales Support / Administration background Competent in Word and Excel Experience in using spreadsheets Excellent relationship building skills Confident and professional telephone manner Organised Good team player A starting salary of £17K to £20k is on offer with the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of 10%.
