Salsa batch #5, the biggest batch yet and I am thinking the quart jars will be put to use, is the best yet!! It has some heat to it but it is not burning hot. Flavor is awesome. I think adding the Anaheim green chilies took the flavor over the top. In a bit I will be canning it. AND I have taken out the frozen tomatoes and am cooking them down. I believe I will make catsup!!! I have had homemade catsup before and it is quite special.
