Samantha and I are planning on going to talk to the owner of the dog TJ that was wandering around 5 points this week. The dogs is not fixed, has no tags, and this is not the first offense. We are hoping to convince the owners to let us tag and fix him and perhaps a surrender. We are wondering if a male would be willing to join us to make us feel a bit safer. I did talk to one of the owners and he was very nice, but simply not concerned that his dog went missing and didnt even ask me for my information.
