Roasted Garlic & Red Pepper Jelly Crostini Makes 12 slices Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Ingredients 12 slices French baguette 1–2 Tbsp (15–30 ml) olive oil 1/2 C(125 ml) soft goat cheese or cream cheese 1/2 C(125 ml) Epicure’s Red Pepper Jelly 1/2 recipe Epicure’s Roasted Garlic Bulbs Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). 2. Place baguette slices on Epicure’s Crisper Pan. Lightly brush with oil. Bake until toasted, 5 minutes per side. 3. Spread goat cheese on baguette slices. Mash in a clove of Roasted Garlic on each. Top with Red Pepper Jelly.
