Samwad, the much awaited AAP Maharashtra initiative, had its inaugural event in Mumbai this Sunday, 7th September. It attracted both AAP volunteers and also those who had no previous association with the party. Samwad was hailed as a great platform for intellectual debate and discussion. The fine lineup of guest panels covered Rising trends in Indian politics, Branding of a political party and Space for Alternative politics in Maharashtra. Unsurprisingly, Bhagwant Manns keynote address left the audience mesmerised while the standing ovation accompanied by loud slogans of applause didnt seem to stop. As promised, videos of all sessions will soon be released for those who could not be physically present.
