San Jose C. Dublin, CA Yelp Ford Store San Leandro 5.0 /5 Jan 17, 2014 We were in the market for a Ford Flex and it would be the first time leasing s vehicle of any kind. I hate car dealers as much as anyone so I decided to send a direct email to several different internet sales managers throughout the Bay Area(Walnut Creek, Livermore, Serramonte, Concord, and San Leandro). I explained the type of Flex we wanted and the monthly payment we were looking to pay. This no haggle approach seemed simple enough, right? Well....We received email responses back from only 2 dealers and never heard back from Livermore Ford at all! Out of the two responses back I was completely blown away by Dennis Guzman and Arturo Cuevas from San Leandro. The timeliness and professionalism they exhibited was phenomenal. They worked with us patiently and were able to secure the vehicle and pricing we wanted. And the most beautiful thing was...it only took one day and several emails. No haggle. No BS.When we arrived at SL Ford we were met by Arturo who promptly brought the Flex out and the paperwork. And amazingly Art spent 1 hour patiently explaining all the bells and whistles of our Flex to us! Talk about customer service!We never felt pressured and we never felt swindled and that is the great thing about working with guys like Art and Dennis. If youre in the market for a new Ford, we highly recommend San Leandro Ford.
