Sangria is finally off IV fluids!! This sweet girl is feeling a little better today and is making new friends!! Her buddy is a rescued pit bull who is healing from horrible injuries sustained when he was hit by a car. Sangrias blood sugar is under better control and we are hoping she will continue on this upward trend!! Once her diabetes is under control, we will start working on what we now know is Cushings disease, not Addisons. Her pancreatitis and pneumonia are almost better...We cannot wait to see this little girl, who a week ago could not even stand because she was so sick, get up and play. She is under to amazing care of Dr. Weman at Everglades Animal Hospital. and his staff. Thank you all for your support and loving wishes for this beautiful girl!!
