Sarah Nelson Miller and others who are fermenting cranberries. Hows it going for you? I put mine up around Thanksgiving and added a little water to the honey in hopes to jump start the honey fermentation.flipping the jar upside down and back every week or so to keep the whole mix wet. Its been two months in and I tasted a few berries. There doesnt seem to be any fermentation taste going on, but the berries are soft and edible. A few are developing wrinkles. The honey just tastes like honey. Is anybody noticing fermentation?
