Saturday 3rd May - Club Invitation Day For those playing in the comp (8am-3pm tee times) its £10 entry per player. This includes your competition entry fee with over £550 on the prize table, nearest the pin prizes, BBQ snack after your game, raffle ticket & horse owner for evening race night function, food (curry) at night. You wont get better value and fun for your money anywhere else. It will be a really enjoyable day/night. Its a 4BBBS comp with Max. Handicap of 24 which will then be adjusted by 3/4 for both doubles partners. Please can all competitors register in the clubhouse (there will be an optional 2 ball comp fee of £1 per player) and be on the first tee in good time to tee off promptly. We will have a loudspeaker starter announcing each player onto the tee. This will ensure the the flow of play runs smoothly and more enjoyable for everyone, as we have more than 100 people playing already. In the evening from 8pm we have a race night, and EVERYONE is welcome to attend this. We have 7 races (plus auction race) starting 8.15pm PROMPT, where all the invitation day golf competitors have a chance of winning a prize if their horse wins one of the races. Everyone can have a bet on the TOTE and join in the fun, Maybe win a few quid as well? Golf Prize presentation approx. 9pm, followed by raffle. There is a curry available during the interval (no charge) and disco/karaoke after the races from approx. 11pm with late bar. Everyone is welcome to attend, what is expected to be yet another fantastic night out at Castle Hawk Golf Club. Hopefully see you there :-)
