Saturday SWEAT! Here are a few intermediate to advanced moves {Agility X}: 1.) Intermittent box leap - leap from the back left corner to top right of an imaginary (or marked) box, & squat to touch the ground. Then leap to the back right corner, then the top left, and mix the combination & rhythm for additional challenge. {1 minute} 2.) Tap that line - heals are off the floor with quick feet, then change directions. For more advanced, speed up the pace. Continue to change directions. {1 minute} 3.) Jump knee jump, then run back with knees up, and repeat. {1 minute} Hydrate & Repeat
