Saturday evening scripture meditation PSALM 69:22 ~ Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap. ISAIAH 8:13 ~ Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. 14) And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offense to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. 15) And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken. EZEKIEL 12:13 ~ My net also will I spread upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare: and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; yet shall he not see it, though he shall die there. LUKE 21:35 ~ For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. ECCLESIASTES 9:12 ~ For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them.
