Saturday ride info: With Hotter N Hell in the books we are switching gears a bit (to smaller gears) by shortening our long ride and throwing some hills into the mix. With Dam Jam just next weekend we thought it would be a good idea to practice climbing. So for Saturday we will head West! Here’s what it looks like: All rides leave from the club at 7:00 AM A&B groups – 48 miles (see route below) C group – Option A: Our normal 27 mile loop which is fairly flat OR Option B: a shorter version of the route below. (We will make this decision tomorrow so we can have some feedback from you) Typical groups/paces A group – 18 mph plus B group – 16 mph average C group – 14 mph average All of our rides are open to everyone. Feel free to invite a friend! See you soon! NEXT SATURDAY – Life Time Cycle club is participating in the Dam Jam - a beautiful ride in Pryor, OK.
