Saturday sermon (20/13/14) Topic - Power in Praises Text- Psalm 76:1 (KJV) In Judah is God known :His name is great in Israel Judah means praise , in praise is God known His name is great in Israel . When praises go up ,answers come down ,when you have prayed and fasted ,the next thing to do is to give God praises over the issue and watch what God will do . When God receives quality praises ,wonders are bound to happen ,praise him for what he has done ,praise him for what he is doing ,praise him for what he is going to do . Exodus 15:11 who is like unto thee ,O Lord ,among the gods ?who is like thee ,glorious in holiness ,fearful in praises ,doing wonders ? God does wonders ,when we give him praises, and we receive power from him as well . We must be full of praises in our hearts ,praise is not just singing and dancing but being grateful to God for every thing ,when I say every thing ;I mean everything . 2Samuel 22:4 I will call on the Lord ,who is worthy to be praised :so shall I saved from mine enemies Praising God in prayers ,makes you safe from your enemies ,praise him all the way because God inhabits the praises of his people . Psalm 22:3 But thou art holy ,O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel God inhabites our praises and empowers us daily . As you praise God daily ,God will arise on your behalf and work in your favour . Prayers - May your praises reach the heavens and may answers come down in Jesus name .
