Saturdays workout...BACK! I used to hate it and now I love it. Last year I was that guy who had absolutely no lats what so ever. I was lacking width and just that strong back foundation. I WAS NOT even able to force and pop my lats out. Now, its one of my strengths. I learnt that over the course of training your back that the main key to develop a full, sculpted back is to train this body part from all sorts of angles! ✅ The back is a muscle that is HUGE and contains lots of various parts. I truly believe that the classic exercise known as pull-ups has to be, from my perspective and past experiences, the absolute best back developing exercise out there. Throughout the course of 1 full year I invested 20$ to purchase a pull up bar to hook in my door frame. Every night I would do 100-150 pull-ups all in different widths and angles. Today, I am SO happy to have done all those because thats what has helped develop the most. In addition, it engages your core and minor muscle fibres throughout your secondary muscle groups.
