Saudi Arabia is getting strict this Ramadhan with non-Muslims who eat, smoke or drink in public. But surely they must know that Islamic rules of fasting only apply to Muslims. Non-Muslims usually are respectful and courteous towards Muslim sentiments in this month, and if this is not the case in Saudi Arabia, then maybe they ought to increase their dawah efforts to non- Muslims. But a question which ought to be asked, is why is the Saudi government happy to implement a monarchy system, which rules according to man made law.
