Saudi National -Finance & IT Head /Director -Jeddah We are looking for saudi nationals to fill in a very senior dual director role for a client in Jeddah. JOB PURPOSE To ensure that all financial, legal & IT operations are effectively executed by strategic planning, implementing & overseeing accurate production of reports, financial & legal controls & ensuring smooth operation of IT resources to support organization effectiveness & profitability. Develop the broad strategy and ensures that the vision, mission and strategy is cascaded down to the Finance & IT / USC to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration of all functional strategies across Client Ensure that Finance & IT / USC strategies and related strategic plans are developed and implemented, which are aligned with the vision and mission of Client Budgets and Plans Oversee the consolidation and recommend the Finance & IT / Client Arabia budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential areas of cost reduction or performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Develop and oversee the implementation of Finance & IT / Client policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of Finance & IT / Client activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers Standards & Regulations Direct all the activities in monitoring and conducting regulatory and regulations compliance audits and inspections and ensures effective implementation of regulatory standards Projects Lead and guide the project management team in the planning, organizing, management and control of various projects in order to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives Organization Structure Define an optimum organization structure for the finance department so that resources are optimally utilised and communication can take place in an efficient manner Change Management Lead and direct the management of change through continuous improvement of Finance & IT / USC systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Minimum academic and professional qualifications: B.Sc. in Finance or Accountancy Good English & fluent Arabic IT Skills – Excel, Oracle, Business Objects Experience: 8-10 years relevant experience in Finance including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities Please drop me your cv on [email protected] and call me on 00971-552319249 as the highest priority to discuss
