Sausage & Tortellini Pasta Submitted by: Rosemary (MN) HQ Resident Chef Ingredients Generous 1/2 cup Chunky Artichoke Dip Starter* 1 lb. fully cooked smoked or Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch slices 28 oz. can diced tomatoes with juice 9-12 oz. refrigerated cheese tortellini pasta Shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish Directions Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a simmer. Prepare tortellini as directed on package. Drain pasta; add to sausage mixture. Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 (about 1 cup) servings. *For a spicier dish, add more Chunky Artichoke Dip Starter.
