Sauteed tilapia 2 tbs evoo or canola oil 1/2tsp minced garlic Sea salt and pepper to taste Parsley Half a lemon ( for its juice) 4 med peices of tilapia Heat oil in a non stick sautee pan or frying pan on a med heat Season your fish with salt and pepper Once oil is heated add minced garlic The garlic will cook fast so add your seasoned fish after a few seconds Cook fish about 3 to 4 mins on each side, until no longer translucent or till very tender Add place fish on plate and add parsley and lemon juice.
