Save My Tail ( Miranda and Deena ) do not put up pleas for donations very often. However we have had several dogs in the past 6 months who have cost us between $1000 - $2000 each!! Our adoption fees of course dont come close to covering that. In order to continue to do what we do we are asking for some help. Here are copies of Olivers vetting to date ~ He arrived to us on a sunday and by tuesday we rushed him to Cavan Hills because of a severe pancreatitis attack!! He was so badly matted when he arrived we hadnt noticed a tumor hanging off of him in his groin area. He spend a few nights at Cavan and had the pancreatitis addressed. Was sent home with meds and gastro food. Once the Pancreatitis was under control we were able to address the mass on his groin. Oliver went into out vets last week to have it removed. While he was under our vet discovered another mass and removed it as well. I ( Deena ) took him back into the vets yesterday to have his incision looked at and he received some more antibiotics for infection and they also drained a cyst on his neck. This poor little man has been a champ through it all and his foster family love him to bits. At this point we have $1,528.88 in vetting bills for Oliver alone.
