Save the date, June 21!!! Calling ALL family and friends: including NOLA, Virginia and Naperville peeps, Doves, ( can yall say summer ROAD TRIP) my new Texan friends and my Texan family, MOPS group, brownie troop 118011 and anyone who has been my inspiration along the way and anyone Im forgetting: who prayed, inspired me to work out and participate in the Warrior Dash the day after being diagnosed, drove kids, cooked or ordered out food, cleaned, drove me, held a cold rag to my forehead and emptied my vomit bucket, bathed me, helped me get dressed, helped us unpack and get our new Texas life organized, sent me the most kind and thoughtful cards, gifts, edible arrangements, flowers and a life size cut out of Channing Tatum ;) I am having a CELEBRATION OF LIFE PARTY on June 21 from 2-10 open house style! This is my way of thanking each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart ;) The only things you have to bring are yourself, your family and if you so happen to know or see Channing, can you please let him know he is invited too!! LOL I cant wait for this day to come and solidify the closing of this stupid cancer journey (that was truly a gift in disguise) and open the next chapter of my life entitled Celebration of life: Every. Single. Day.!! I could not have gotten here without you and I cant start this next chapter without you either! Im so looking forward to being able to thank you and celebrate life with each and every one of you!! PS: room and board is available on a first come, first serve (let me know) basis!! PSS Unless Channing and his wife and baby needed a place to crash.... who am I kidding. Im sure he could just buy the house down the street and yall could all stay here!! Hahahaha I crack myself up!! Its called Chemotherapy Brain :) You try poisoning yourself for 6 months straight and then burning yourself for another 6 weeks and not need to laugh... A LOT, if you dont... you will cry a lot!! I choose to laugh, I choose to live, I choose to love! Starting with this little celebration ;)
