Saw this idea on FB tried it ...great and yummy...Frittatas --I use aluminum muffin pans, peppers & tomatoes, then cheese (whatever you like) then pour eggs into each - I use a measuring cup with spout -eggs are messy to pour:) (i also discard some of the yolks) takes more eggs then you think for 24 i used aout 26eggs!! Bake approx 30-45mins in 350 oven-I check them ater 30mins they microwave great! and easy to wrap to go or to freeze!! Yummy! Left picture is before cheese and eggs --right is ALL DONE!
