Many times it is those with injuries that understood and internalised faster as wrong actions increases their pain, and the proper actions soothe those injured areas, and even healing them over time. Knee problems tend to be complicated. For the lucky ones, maybe a few days to week, they see tremendous improvement. For those with inborn structural defects, it may take months to years to see a progressive improvement.
