Scholarship Opportunity (FAST-APPROACHING DEADLINE!) The Columbus and Fort Benning-based Thunderbolt Chapter of the U.S. Cavalry and Armor Association (USCAA) has joined with First Command Financial Services to sponsor its first-ever $1,000.00 educational scholarship. To qualify for this scholarship competition you must be a USCAA Thunderbolt Chapter member or a Family Member in good standing (annual dues paid). For those who are not currently USCAA members affiliated with the Thunderbolt Chapter, applications are available upon request at thunderboltchapter@gmail (state in your email that you wish to affiliate with our chapter). The annual USCAA membership is $28.00. Qualified scholarship participants can request an application at thunderboltchapter@gmail. Applications must be completed and submitted by email to thunderboltchapter@gmail not later than Thursday, 1 May, 2014, in order to be considered. The scholarship committee will announce its winner on Friday, 30 May, 2014. The winner will be awarded $1,000.00, which will be paid directly to the school of their choice.
