Scholarship opportunity ($1000) for deserving female junior or senior college students Application due no later than Nov 1 The Women’s Policies Committee of the National Rifle Association (NRA) established the Women’s Wildlife Management/Conservation Scholarship in 2006. This women’s scholarship, from the Women of the NRA, is a renewable, one-year, $1,000 scholarship available to full-time college juniors or seniors with a minimum grade point of 3.0 majoring in wildlife management/conservation. The first scholarship recipient, Rebekah Dritz of Ft. Collins, Colorado, was selected in May of 2006 by the Women’s Policies Committee with funding beginning Fall Semester of 2006.
