School Age Program Services Director - The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire is looking for a Director to oversee all School Age Programs for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire including the Club, Before and Afterschool Youth Enrichment, and Summer Enrichment (together offers programs for kids age 5 to 18)! Responsibilities for this position include overseeing program managers, development and assessment, ensuring adequate staffing, developing and maintaining annual budget, staff development, serving both staff and customer needs, providing oversight of off-site and on-site programs. Assure that each program area offers quality curriculum and programs that meet appropriate state and national standards/licensing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or related area with a required minimum of five years program administration experience. Successful candidate must be organized, able to motivate and manage for excellence and committed to children.
