School doesnt teach you how to deal with the real world. Not even college teaches you how to deal with it. They take your money, and if you have no money they lend you money knowing our current state of the world doesnt guarantee you a job, so youre stuck holding minimum wage jobs, getting laid off or getting hours cut. Still they expect you to pay your loans on time knowing you have to survive living pay check to paycheck. THEN when you cant pay your loans, they garnish your wages and take away your taxes that are taken from you every paycheck you make. THEN when you do your taxes, they take them away because you cant afford to pay your loans when youre holding two jobs just to live. This is America. They tell you go to college, youll have a job waiting for you when you graduate, but in reality they are telling you go to college and give us your money or well lend you money but youre signing your life away as soon as you graduate and good luck trying to survive. This doesnt apply to everyone, but it does apply to the majority of us. Welcome to the real world. Point is, make your own destiny and if it doesnt involve college then work your ass off and make things happen.
