Scientists Discovered A Way To Keep Your Heart Beating Forever Recently scientists based at the University of Illinois as well as the Washington University in St. Louis made a huge technological breakthrough in modern day medicine. They have developed a uniquely thin and stretchable one-of-a-kind membrane that is applied around a heart enabling it to beat forever. In order to test their new medical device they used the heart of a rabbit. They scanned the rabbits heart using a 3D printing technology and created the electronic membrane that fits perfectly.
