Scotlands stone of destiny (where the Scottish kings were crowned) - TopicsExpress

Scotlands stone of destiny (where the Scottish kings were crowned) was stolen and taken to London in 1296 so that the Scottish could no longer crown their own kings or govern their own land. Bannockburn in 1314 saw a Scottish reprisal until the English took Scotland by force again at Flodden in 1513 and further subjugated it in Culloden in 1746 killing any notion of independence and self governance. Tomorrow Scotland has a chance to take its destiny back without any fighting and killing simply by saying the people who can run the country best are the people who live in that country and the people who rightfully own the country. Scotland will do well as an independent nation and having its own ability to shape its own future will ensure that. I hope the Scottish people take this once in a life time chance and make the right decision and I hope they can lead the way and show us in Wales what is possible. Pob lwc Scotland
