Scott Davis is a program specialist at the Veterans Affairs national Health Eligibility Center (HEC) in DeKalb County, Georgia. He is also a whistleblower that has reported on the mismanagement at the VA. “There is a backlog of over 600,000 pending applications for VA healthcare. That’s shameful.” Davis has been invited by Congressman Jeff Miller (R-FL) to testify next Tuesday at the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs.
