Scott Kenneth Noble of Marshfield says he’s getting into the already crowded field so voters can have what he calls, “a true TEA Party alternative”. Noble says he’s got a proven track record with the TEA Party, “having served as the former vice-chairman, I was elected to the executive board of the central Wisconsin TEA Party. So, I guess I’ve been a leader of the TEA Party for quite some time.”
