It is an enemy of the truth whether it be the Israelite and ancient Egyptians gods or the Babylonian gods of the time of Daniels time or the Romans with it multitudes of gods from the time of Jesus. The two are not compatible. For instance pagan religion has in one form or another what are called tried of Gods or three in one. Again not compatible with the god of the bible.
