Second Instalment USA trip: Driving through northern California and Southern Oregon through the mighty Redwood Forests (always a great experience) and along the coast with my sister Dar Fiske Gerber and brother-in-law Phil Gerber. Grants Pass with five 1st, two 2nd and one 3rd cousin(s) for a mini reunion. We hung out, some of us hiked along the Rogue River one day (where we saw Salmon trying to jumping up Rainie Falls), kayaked down the Applegate River on another, all of us jet boated to the Rogue River canyon and saw where the film The River Wild was set. A good time was had by all! Then on to Portland, Seattle and sailing in and around the San Juan Islands.
