Second post. This one is for certain people, and they know who they are. I want to start off by saying I love you ALL... Yes, all of you. Even the one who thinks she has nobody. I want to share a story with you and hope it helps you. I WILL NOT choose sides in this, will not sling hateful words, but will offer my story instead. My experience in hatred has taught me many things. Love is the ONLY answer to it. I used to be quick to hate, and slow to forgive, (if at all, for many years, as so many know.) I found it was a quick answer to my problems to shut people out of my life. Why? Because its easier than dealing with the issues, and talking things out. To do that, meant I had to acknowledge that there was more than me in the equation, that was hurting, and realize that they were people as well. People make mistakes, and we as a family need to come together, not pull apart. That isnt the answer. It is so worth the work, to have relationships that are sound, and healthy. You have to work at it like any relationship, and communicate. Do not be quick to hate. Be quick to forgive and love. Be quick to try to make it work. You only get one chance at life. You only get one family. Dont live it with regrets, because they wont always be there. I think Ive come a long way in my life experiences. I can only hope you can too. Did I say I love you? I do. You know my number all of you.
