See the amazing thing about Mr Blair - the hypocrite, criminal, despot-supporting, bomber Mr Blair - is that he was the elected leader of this country. If you just read that out loud slowly to yourself, you actually realise just how incredibly stupid we were in allowing this man to take power. A man who had the gall to ask for payment for his services as Middle East PEACE ENVOY and then said after the massacre of thousands at the hands of al-Sisi: The revolt of 30 June 2013 was not an ordinary protest. It was the absolutely necessary rescue of a nation. We should support the new Government and help. ...as that very same tyrannical regime today sentenced 683 to death for the crime of NOT taking up arms against an illegal coup attempt and protesting peacefully. We British elected this man, gave him a voice, gave him power, and eventually gave him a licence to kill, one which has been revoked in practice but lives on in his spirit. We stand in front of the world ashamed.
