Seeing these near death experiences of people reminded me of mine. I had three near death experiences: Year 2002 at Cagayan De Oro City where I was going home from Law Class when only a few inches left for the Jeep to hit the Motorela I was riding on with Phi Lomel. I hope she remembers that. Another one was in 2003 at Samburon Linamon, when a speeding car almost rammed our multicab vehicle from behind because we had a sudden turn and the vehicle following tried to outrun us, good thing the vehicle that was following us was fast in maneuvering. I hope Fel, Helen, and Roberto still remember that. And the last one was in 2005 at Cagayan De Oro City. I got scared/disturbed when my Law Classmates told me to take care in driving home and it was a warning, I had a car accident on my way home. The Traffic Officers thought that I was dead but when they opened my car door, they were surprised to see me without a scratch and I was cursing when they pulled me out. It was these series of near death experiences that I decided to volunteer at Church. Thus, I became a Redemptorist Church Lector. Thank you God!
