Seeking advice: Im aware that allowing rats a good amount of free range time is good for physical activity and mental stimulation. I have 2 sweet three-month old male rats. They definitely demonstrate the urine marking thats typical of male rats. A couple of drops every few feet or so. Is this a challenge to anyone else out there? Just seems somewhat unsanitary to have drops of urine all over the room. Any suggestions? Ive heard neutering can lessen this issue but Id rather not put them through this major surgery unless necessary. Thanks in advance! Ps. They are potty trained in terms of poop so thats not a problem :)
