“Seemandhra Land Mafia in Telangana” : EPISODE – 2: Part 1 : Lootera CBN - Benami King who looted Telangana Lands and why he wants governor rule in Hyderabad. NOTE: I am only listing “Hyderabad Land scams” here. CBN had done many other scams and grabbed lands in other parts of AP too. I am also sharing video from 2012 of KCR Ji mentioning about CBN’s Land Mafia. My brain is numb after reading several articles on CBN land scams and companies and people involved in these scams and knowing how he looted our Telangana lands. Hope Central government will probe him and sends him to Tihar Jail forever. He deserves Death sentence. In 1978 – Chandra Babu Naidu became MLA – Owns only 2 Acres of land in Naravaripalle. In 1988- CBN Annual income –Rs.36000 and went up to Rs.19.29 Crores In 2009 – CBN declared his assets in Affidavit to Eection Commission – Rs. 51 Crores Land Scams: CBN looted and allotted Telangana Public property as below: * 5,500 Acres allotted to “GMR” at Shamshabad. CBN and his gang purchased huge tracts of land in vicinity and made profits. *400 Acres Land in Prime Gachibowli in Hyderabad which belonged to UNIVERSITY OF HYDERABAD was allocated to “IMG BHARATHA” by CBN at Rs.50,000/acre as against market rate of over Rs.2 Crore/acre * 244 Acres Land in Madhapur was allotted to CBN’s pet company”L&T” within 4 days of swearing as CM on Sept 1st, 1995. In return L&T built new TDP party office for free. * 100 Acres Land in Madhapur was allotted to “RAHEJA IT PARK” * 700 Acres Land in Gachibowli, Cyberabad was allotted to “EMMAR”Properties. * 3 Acres Land in Madhapur was on “Heritage Foods” worth Rs.100Acres. To grab it CBN floated Heritage infra a subsidiary company where his wife has 28% stake and benami nagaraju naidu has 21%. Rs.100 Crores worth Heritage oos was transferred to Heritage Infra for only Rs.2.73 Crorers and withdrew 51% stake from Heritage infra and same was bought by Srichakra merchandising which is benami company of CBN-sujana Chowdhary for Rs. 35.69 crores. *850 Acres of Prime land in Hyderabad with a market value of Rs.2500 Crores was allotted to his close relatives ( ex: Billy Rao). *2.6 Acres of land in Banjara Hills was allotted to Chukkapalli Suresh MD of “AP Gems & Jewellery Park” in 2002 ( Brother of TDP candidate) by CBN. *855 Acres of Public land in Hyderabad was allotted to Ahobala Rao and Prabhakar Rao for Sports stadium by CBN.These two were close associates of Naidu and were involved in kuppam project . * 320 Acres in Nellore - By selling Telangana Lands, CBN acquired benami assets in Nellore and other parts of AP and transferred them to relatives . *20 Acres were allotted by CBN for ASCENDAS IT PARK, MADHAPUR, HYDERABAD. * 100 Acres of land RAINTREE PARK at Kukatpally, Hyderabad value Rs.241.26 Crores was allotted by CBN. Swarnandhra-IJMII Integrated Township Development Company Private Limited, A Joint Venture Company between APHB & IJM (India) Infrastructure Limited. *7.1 Acres of land gifted by CBN to Lokesh and inturn Lokesh gifts 6.36 Acres to CBN. *13.91 Acres of land was registered in the name of CBN’s Sister On August 25, 2001 *17 Acres of assigned Lands were grabbed from Dalits and Girijans by CBN in Hyderabad. * 4000 Yards of Land in Banjara Hills was allotted to NTR Memorial Trust which was formed for charitable purpose. They were later allowed to convrt the land use rom charitable to Political illegally. *3.276 Acres of land in kondapur which is half kilometer from Hitech city - In 1989, a family firm called “Rama Agricultural Farms” consisting of Naidu’s mother, wife, son and a relative of them named P.Dasaiah Naidu purchased it for Rs. 1,00,000 at a rate of Rs.30,487 per acre. Allegedly Dr reddys got a 25 crore tax break and in turn Dr Anji Reddys son Satish Reddy paid Rama Agricultual Farm Naidus Family firm “3 crores for a property worth 12 lakhs “ The diffrence in price being a Kickback *50,000 Sq feet unnamed benami building in Hitech City – “Deevyasree group” is a front for Naidu and Anji Reddys son Satish Reddy is the benami partner of Naidu in the 500000 sq feet unnamed building in HITECH City which is currently used by Google for a monthly rent of 2 crores. * 254 Acres of land allotted to Microsoft in Hitech city- In 1997 when CBN announced ‘ IT policy of AP’, As per Policy one acre land will be given to company if they creat 333 jobs. He gave 254 acres to Microsoft at that time with only 20 employees in it. which means even not Quarter Acre but not even 121 Sq.yards or 1089 sq ft of land should be given. For 250 acres Microsoft has to create 17,000 jobs but after 16 years today the number of employees in Microsoft Hyderabad is 450 which means they hardly should own one acre as per law. But they have 250 acres and the website says they have 54 acres. What did they do with 200 Acres? Where is that land ? *Ramoji Rao – Started buying lands around shamshabad before airport was announced . The agricultural land ceiling prevented him from buying large tracts so his employees fronted for him and they bought nearly 360 acres near the areaImmediate upon conversion, all the various pieces of land were sold to Sri.Ramoji Rao at almost the same price. Naidu the granted permissions to the agricultural holding benami holders to convert their land to non-agricultural purposes, thereby avoiding the application of the land ceiling law in regard to the lands. In 1998, Sri.Naidu announced Shamshabad as the location for the airport. The G.O. formalizing the same followed shortly thereafter in 2003.With this announcement, the value of the land in Palmakole became almost Rs.20 lakh/acre, which was 4 times at which Sri. Ramojirao bought. As of now, the land is worth about Rs.3 crores per acre. Hence, Rs.18 Crores spent by Sri.Ramoji Rao then has now became Rs.180 Crores *Maganti Murali Mohan of Jayabheri Properties: In 1996 Maganti Muralimohan who is close associate of CBN purchased 2.34 acres in the village of Gachibowli.These purchases were made only for Rs.10 lakhs. Shortly thereafter, Naidu announced the Hitec City Project, which was to be coincidentally located in the villages of Kondapur, Gachchibowli and Madhapur.Immediately thereafter, the prices of the lands in those villages rose dramatically, which was taken advantage by Sri.Murali Mohan who entered into several Development Agreements (8 projects) between 1996 and 1997 around Hitec City. *2001 announced a plan to add another city to the Twin cities namely Cyberabad. A Cyberabad Development Authority was created for this and 51.70 sq.km of land came under this authority. This authority got the powers of imposing more betterment charges and strict guidelines regarding constructions in that area. The astonishing fact is that the Kondapur area which is in the center of Cyberabad Development Authority plan is not included in this plan merely because Sri Naidu, Sri. Muralimohan and their friends had lands in this area and they subsequently built huge buildings on the said lands without paying the charges which are being paid byremaining areas of CDA. This caused huge losses to the Government exchequer and the real beneficiary of this is the then Chief Minister Sri Naidu himself. * $3.1 Million was sanctioned by DFID –Department for International Development of the United Kingdom to strengthen he institutional framework in the public enterprises department. This ‘forign aid’ was shown -used as salaries. God knows what happened to thse 3.1 Million in CBN hayam. And many such funds were flown and disappeared in his Hayam, pretty sure they are in the Benami Kings account
